a = 3/7
b = 2/3 a = 2/3 * 3/7 = 2/7
c = 1 - 3/7 - 2/7 = 2/7

b/c = (2/7) / (2/7) = 1

c = 2/3 a = a-49
1/3 a = 49
a = 147
c = 2/3 a = 98
