Eq1: 4x + 2y = -2.
m1 = -A/B = -4/2 = -2.

m2 = m1 = -2. P2 = (-5,-7).

Y = mx + b = -7,
-2x + b = -7, b = -7+2x = -7 + 2(-5) = -17.

Eq2:Y = -2x - 17.
