Which one is correct?

1) NaOH(aq) + HNO3(aq) ⇋ NaNO3(aq) + H2O(l)

or

2) NaNO3(s) + H2O(l) ⇋ NaOH(aq) + HNO3(aq)

The first one. Soduum nitrate is soluble in water.
