assuming it is the height that is 9.5
outside volume = 23 * 15.5 * 11
inside volume = 20 * 12.5 *9.5
now subtract the inside from the outside
outside volume = 23 * 15.5 * 11
inside volume = 20 * 12.5 *9.5
now subtract the inside from the outside
