If i remember how to do this correctly than it would be 3260 because 8 is closer to ten so you round up.

When you round to the thousand that is think about 1000

You want to end up with a number that you could get if you counted by 1000 so think about 1000 2000 3000 4000 5000 6000

When you round to the hundreds place, you would get an answer that is attainable by counting by 100
