I keep getting the wrong answer please help me

Simply stating the answer is of no help to anybody.

3 ​|4x−3​|−3=8
3 ​|4x−3​|=11
​|4x−3​| = 11/3

(4x-3) = 11/3 OR -(4x-3) = 11/3
4x = 11/3 + 3 OR -4x = 11/3 - 3
4x = 20/3 OR -4x = 2/3
x = 5/3
or
x = - 1/6
