Vic and Ben's ages are in the ratio of 3:4. If Vic is 12 years old and 3 months old how old is Ben in years and months??

12yrs + 3 mo = 147 mo., and the ratio is 3:4, so we will take the 147*4/3=196, to yield 196 months. Then we divide out 16 years, which leaves 4 months.
