    I get
13 +(26/-2)= 13 -13=zero
    
13 +(26/-2)= 13 -13=zero

    13 + [26 ÷ (−6 + 4 * 1)] 
= 13 + [26 ÷ (-2)]
= 13 + [-13]
= 0
