Which of the following reactions have a positive delta S rxn? check all that apply

1) A(s)+2B(g) -->C(g)
2) 2A(g)+3B(g) -->4C(g)
3) 2A(g)+2B(g) -->5C(g)
4) 2A(g)+B(s) -->3C(g)

Not sure how to tell if the reaction is positive.
