Orlando earned $92.25 washing windows on the weekend. He worked 3.5 hours on Saturday and 6.75 hours on Sunday. If Orlando charges the same amount for every hour he works, how much does he earn per hour?
I believe that what needs to be done is add 6.75 plus 3.5 which is 10.35 hours total. Then take $92.25/10.35=$8.91 per hour is what he earns.
Can you tell me if I got the right or wrong answer?

You have the right idea
re add 6.75 + 3.5 = 10.25 not 10.35
you have the right process to get per hr
$92.25/10.25 =$9 per hr

you have the right process to get per hr
$92.25/10.25 =$9 per hr

Hello Steve,
Thank you for pointing out my mistake and for looking this over. It makes me feel a bit better that I have the right process down.
