How has agriculture Alberta’s grassland biome

1) The grass is shorter from the cows eating it.
2) There are piles of cow poo in the grass so watch your step.

Don't know much specifically about Canada's grasslands, but if you lose too much of that grass you run the risk of a Canadian dust bowl.

That grass keeps soil from blowing around and usually environments are much more fragile the further from the equator you go because the growing season has less time to repair damage.
