    Did you know there is a difference between 0.010 m and 0.010 M. I will assume you meant 0.010 M.
mL1 x M1 = mL2 x M2
100 x 0.01 = mL2 x 1.0
Solve for mL2 needed. Use that amount and make to 100 mL in a volumetric flask, mix thoroughly, stopper.
