C₃H₈ + 5 O₂ --> 3 CO₂ + 4 H₂O
4 moles of C₃H₈ would normally produce 12 moles of CO₂ ... but there is insufficient O₂
the O₂ is 1/5 of what is necessary, so the yield will be
... 1/5 * 12 moles
