Oil dependency is a huge issue in today's world. Between oil fracking destroying our environment, creating earthquakes, and oil spills destroying our oceans and potential drinking water, i feel oil is simply is not a sustainable viable source of energy for America. Looking at innovative ways such a buying electric vehicles embodies the ideologies that i support. Wind and solar is the future of energy production in our world and a must if we are to preserve our planet for future generations. The less dependent we are on oil, the closer we will get to becoming a stable energy efficient society that can sustain our beautiful planet.
