    I assume you want to simplify
5/7 √(3/2)
= 5/7 √(6/4)
= 5/7 * 1/2 √6
= 5/14 √6
    
5/7 √(3/2)
= 5/7 √(6/4)
= 5/7 * 1/2 √6
= 5/14 √6
