How can I complete these 4 patterns:

39, ___, ___, ___, 75, 84

57, ___, ___, 33, ___, 17

15, ___, ___, 33, ___, 45

For each pattern, a number is added or subtracted from the last number to get the next number.

For example:
17 + 15 = <b>32</b> + 15 = <b>47</b> + 15 = 62 + 15 = <b>77</b> + 15 = 92

The second one should be obvious.

For the third one, think about the difference between 33 and 17.
