yes,the answer is bulimia,dentists know this because bulimia causes your teeth to rot and causes damage to your gums.This is how they know if you are a bulimic.Dentists study this while learning to be a dentist.

BTW,they can also sometimes tell if you are anorexic too just by looking at you,but they won't judge.But yeah,the answer in mainely bulimia because that's something that dentists study so they know if you are a bulimic by looking at your teeth and gums.This way they know what to treat you with and will most likely start explaining why you should stop this bad behavior and what it will cause to your teeth,gums,stomach,and others.They will also try to recommend you to get medical help and tell you to try to see a phycologist. (speaking from anorexic experience)
