L = 5/6 yds. = 2 1/2 Ft.
W = 3*2 1/2 = 15/2 = 7 1/2 Ft.
Area = L*W = 2 1/2 * 7 1/2 = 5/2 * 15/2 = 75/4 = 18 3/4 square Ft.
Or Area = L*W = 5/6 * 2 1/2 =[ 5/6 * 5/2 = 25/12 = 2 1/12 sq. yds.
1yd = 3ft, 1sq yd. = 3^2 = 9 sq. Ft.
A = 2 1/12sq yds * 9sq ft/sq yd = 25/12 * 9 = 225/12 = 18 3/4 sq ft.
W = 3*2 1/2 = 15/2 = 7 1/2 Ft.
Area = L*W = 2 1/2 * 7 1/2 = 5/2 * 15/2 = 75/4 = 18 3/4 square Ft.
