I have a few questions about finding the area.

I don't know how to link images on here, so I will just try my best to describe the shapes.

First question: What is the area of the figure below?
It is a parallelogram connected to a triangle. The spotted line and right angle go through the triangle and that measures 6m.
The bottom of the parallelogram measures 10m, and the bottom of the triangle measures 12m.
For this, I just took 12 divided by two-6
and then 6x6
the answers:
a.36 m^2 **
b.60m^2
c.72m^2
d.96m^2
thank you!!
