1. '60s flower child
Book says an apostrophe goes before 60. Can you explain why?

2. Helen is a bright, friendly, confident girl.
Book says this is correct Why is the word "and" not before confident. I think it should read Helen is a bright, friendly, and confident girl. Can you expalin why there is no "and"
