What is a service-based economy? I don't think the answer is C! What are "services"? Making cars or refrigerators or computers, or providing some service like accounting or computer service or helping people write their wills?

I got to knew that A and B options are definitely wrong as a result of the test and so the answer is either c or D. As you told when I posted this before that D is wrong, so I thought then it might be C then you telling C is also wrong. Then whats the answer?
