If an oval is 225 yards how many feet of fence go around it fence is sold by foot how o I figure it out

If it were circular, the fence would be 2 pi R long
where R is radius (in feet, three times radius in yards)
If it is an ellipse, then
a = half length of long axis
b = half length of short axis
Perimeter = 4 a E(k)
where k^2 = 1 - (b/a)^2
and E(k) is an elliptic integral
integral from 0 to pi/2 of
sqrt (1 - k^2 sin^2 x)dx
