sin theta = + OR - sqroot ( 1 - cos ^ 2 theta )
tan theta = sin theta / cos theta
tan theta = + OR - sqroot ( 1 - cos ^ 2 theta ) / cos theta
In Quadrant IV tangent are negative so :
tan theta = - sqroot ( 1 - cos ^ 2 theata ) / cos theta
tan theta = sin theta / cos theta
tan theta = + OR - sqroot ( 1 - cos ^ 2 theta ) / cos theta
