A 1200 kg car travelling at 50 km/h experiences an air resistance of 5000 N and road friction of 2200 N. If the wheels push with a force of 7500 N, what is the car's acceleration?

Net force is 7500-2200-5000 = 300N
F = ma, so
a = 300N/1200kg = 0.25 m/s^2
the actual speed of the car does not matter.
