f(x)= 2(x-1)^2-2 (complete the square to get vertex form f(x)=a(x-h)+k)
Vertex is (h,k) so (1,-2)
Axis of sym = 1
x intercepts = (0,0) and (2,0)
y intercept = 0
parabola opens up

y is the vertex not (-1,-2)?
