It's either T1cos30 + T2cos20 = mg
and T1sin30 = T2sin20
or
T1sin30 + T2sin20 = mg
and T1cos30 = T2cos20
depending on the where the angle is.
Either way you'll have to solve the second set for one variable and substitute it into the first.
