Let initial price be P and initial consumption be C.
new price = P - 0.25P = 0.75P
new consumption = C + 0.25C = 1.25C
Initial expenditure = P.C
New expenditure = 0.75P x 1.25C = 0.9375 ~ 0.94
Ratio = 0.94/1= 0.94
new price = P - 0.25P = 0.75P
new consumption = C + 0.25C = 1.25C
Initial expenditure = P.C
New expenditure = 0.75P x 1.25C = 0.9375 ~ 0.94
Ratio = 0.94/1= 0.94

Let initial price =100
New price =75
And initial consumption =100
New consumption =125
Now ratio of new expenditure to original expenditure = 75×100/100×100 =15:16
New price =75
And initial consumption =100
New consumption =125
Now ratio of new expenditure to original expenditure = 75×100/100×100 =15:16

NaOH + H2SO4 = Na2SO4 + 2H2O
Step1, 2NaOH + H2SO4 = Na2SO4 + 2H2O
step2, 2NaOH = x above the formula
H2SO4 = 50 g above the formula
step3, 2NaOH = 80 g under the formula
H2SO4 = 98 g under the formula
step,4 x/80g =50g/98g then
=x98g/98g =80g.50g/98g

20% decrease=1/4
(Means they use to cget at 4 now they are getting at 3)
20% increase=1/4
(Now the consumption increase from 4 to 5 )
Price × consumption=expenses
Before their expenditure 4×4=16
Now their expenditure 3×5=15
Hence the ratio of new:old =15:16
