And NOTE: Presidents do not pass laws! They may propose them to the Congress, sign them into law once passed by the Congress, or veto them, but the president does not "pass laws". You need a lesson in BASIC civics!

Did you read either of the articles we posted for you? Equal pay for EQUAL WORK. Women make, on average, 79 cents for each dollar earned by males, even if the jobs are identical. READ the articles.
