A plane flew 50 km on a bearing 63° 20', and then flew on a bearing of 153°20' for 120 km. Find the distance between the starting and ending point.

You fly on a "heading" not a "bearing". You take a "bearing", the direction of something, like a lighthouse, from you. Mathematicians are terrible navigators.
That said:
60 deg 20' = 60.33 degrees clockwise from North
which is 29.67 above +X axis
153 deg 20' = 153.33 degrees clockwise from north which is
63.33 degrees below +X axis
x distance = 50 cos 29.67 + 120 cos 63.33
y distance = 50 sin 29.67 - 120 sin 63.33
total distance flown = sqrt (x^2+y^2)
That said:
