All are correct, except #9. When the noun starts with a vowel, we use "an" instead of "a". It's easier to pronounce. So, instead of "a oriental clinic", it should be "an oriental clinic". The word "herb" presents a different problem when using "a" and "an". The "h" in "herb" is often silent. It can be pronounced as "herb" or "erb"; both are correct. Usually, no matter how it is pronounced, nouns beginning with the letter "h" would be "an herb", for example, since the "h" sound is very soft, silent or not.
There are exceptions. If the "h" is the dominant sound, or pronounced in a "hard" way, "a" is acceptable. "A hound dog", for example, or "a hurricane" is acceptable, but "an herb" is more acceptable in this instance.

English is a strange language! Just note that the difference between "a noun" and "an object" means nothing at all, except in how easy it is to say it aloud.
