How do i take out 2 or solve from: y=(2theta + pi)+3
Because i need to find the mathematical changes in the graph but i can't figure it out?

y = 2θ+π + 3
I suspect you left out a trig function, such as
y = cos(2θ+π)+3
= cos(2(θ + π/2)) + 3
shifted left π/2 and up 3
period is 2π/2 = π
amplitude still 1
