A container is 1/3 full of water. If 20L is added, then it is 3/4 full how much litres is it when it is full?

Answer is 48Litres but I don't have the formula.

If the volume is v, then they tell you that
v/3 + 20 = 3/4 v
20 = 5/12 v
20(12/5) = v
48 = v
v/3 + 20 = 3/4 v
20 = 5/12 v
20(12/5) = v
48 = v

A container was 1/2 filled when 200 ml of water was poured out it became 1/3 full find the capacity of the container in millimeters

V/2+200=1/3 V
200=1/3 V - V/2
200=V/6
V=6*200
V=1200
200=1/3 V - V/2
200=V/6
V=6*200
V=1200
