i'm trying to calculate the tension in each rope.a body of mass 10 kilogram is kept in equilibrium by 2 ropes.1 rope pulls the body in a horizontal direction and the other in a direction 40 degrees to the vertical.

T at 40 degrees from Vertical
T cos 40 = m g
T = 10 * 9.81 / cos 40 = 128 N
F1 = T sin 40 = 128 sin 40 = 82.3 N
T at 40 degrees from Vertical
T cos 40 = m g
T = 10 * 9.81 / cos 40 = 128 N
F1 = T sin 40 = 128 sin 40 = 82.3 N
