A prospective client phones about her dog's behavior problem. When they go for a walk, the dog starts out walking nicely, until it finds an interesting scent. Then the dog stops and refuses to budge. She's a large dog, and the owner has tried yanking on her lead, but the dog simply balks and stays put. This problem would be
A. a symptom of a serious dominance issue.
B. a training issue.
C. a behavior problem, though not a serious one.
D. the result of poor early handling when the dog was a puppy.

I agree about training. Yanking is not good, even with a choke collar.
