Actually, rounding to the nearest whole number is incorrect.

For example, 24 4/7 rounds up to 25, not the best number to divide by 4 to get your estimate. What you need to do is to find the nearest number (up or down) that is compatible with 4. So in this case, 24 4/7 would become 24, as 24 is compatible with 4. 24/4=6
