It's not Tripotassium phosphate.

No it isn't. Also you will see potassium tetraoxophosphate(V) and that isn't right either.
It's potassium phosphate.
The other is hydrogen chloride if it is a gas. In aqueous solution it is [HCl(aq)] hydrochloric acid
