2x(x+2)(x^2 - 2x + 4) = 0

once you have an equation in factored form equal to zero, it becomes very easy.

Merely set each of the factors equal to zero and solve.
Here the first two are trivial, the last factor = 0 yields a quadratic for which you have to use the quadratic formula and it should yield two imaginary roots.
