Follow Reed's directions and then re-post. Someone here will tell you if you're getting things corrected or not.
For example, you typed "were" when you meant "we are" (or "we're"). That and all the things Reed named are corrections you need to make.

No. The phrase beginning "Making" is a clause, not a sentence. It does not say whose confidence is in question, either. The sentence beginning "We have" is run-on. It could be three sentences or two (with a conjunction or semi-colon in the right place).
You also do not explain how celebrities have taken over lives or how that relates to being skinny, cosmetic surgery, etc.

Is being excessively skinny, not eating regularly, or having cosmetic surgery really appealing? Well, we live in a society where celebrities have taken over individuals' lives, causing their self-confidence to decrease. However, it is important to remember that plastic surgery cannot help you overcome your insecurities; in fact, it can create more difficulties and significant problems that you will have to face.
I have made some minor corrections to improve the clarity and coherence of the statement.
