                5<x-2<11 I'm very Confused on this Question. I know that the x should be in the middle of the answer and that the first number should be 5 or 7.

    No idea whether the given inequality is correct, but if you're looking for an x which satisfies it, you just have to add 2 everywhere:
5 < x-2 < 11
7 < x < 13
    
5 < x-2 < 11
7 < x < 13
