(x1, y1) = (-8, 0)
(x2, y2) = (1, 5)

m= y2 - y1/ x2 - x1
m = 5 - 0 / 1 -(-8)
m = 5 / 9

y - y1 = m(x - x1)
y - 0 = 5/9(x - (-8))
y = 5/9(x + 8)

9y = 5(x + 8) is your final answer
