How might regular cardiorespiratory exercise affect hypertension?
A. Hypertension may be accelerated with cardiorespiratory exercise.
B. Hypertension isn't affected by cardiorespiratory exercise.
C. People with hypertension shouldn't perform cardiorespiratory exercise.
D. Hypertension may be reduced immediately following and for almost 24 hours after cardiorespiratory exercise.
I think its either D or A!!?!?!?! Help please
