Throughout my studies I demonstrated the ability to be a team player who enjoys team settings yet maintains efficiency when working alone to conduct research for complex projects, particularly in presentation of research.

I think the compound/complex sentence beginning "Throughout my studies..." could be more than one sentence. If you let it stand, you need a comma after "team settings".
