x = - 2 / 3

- 6 x + 7 y = 11

- 6 * ( - 2 / 3 ) + 7 y = 11

12 / 3 + 7 y = 11

4 + 7 y = 11 Subtract 4 to both sides

4 + 7 y - 4 = 11 - 4

7 y = 7 Divide both sides by 7

y = 1

Coordinate x = - 2 / 3 , y = 1

OR

( - 2 / 3 , 1 )
