Doesn't the perimeter depend on how you lay out those tiles?
If you lay them end to end, so the three are in a row, then you have 2(8*3) + 2*8, right? What do you come up with?
Does that change if you lay the tiles out in an L-formation?
Or are you supposed to determine the perimeter of each tile separately and then multiply by 3?
