width = x
length = 2x+5
hypotenuse = 2x+5 + 2 = 2x+7
(2x+7)^2 = x^2 + (2x+5)^2
4x^2 + 28x + 49 = x^2 + 4x^2 + 20x + 25
0 = x^2 - 8x - 24
x^2 - 8x + 16 = 24+16
(x-4)^2 = 40
x-4 = √40
x = 4 ±√40
= appr 10.325 or a negative
width = 10.325 ft
length = 25.649 ft
