1. 27 3/5 + 15.9 = 27.6 + 15.9 = 43.5.
0.37 * 43.5 = 16.095

2. 27 3/5 + 15.9 = 27 3/5 + 15 9/10 =
27+6/10 + 15+9/10 = 42 + 15/10 = 42+1.5
= 43.5.
0.37 * 43.5 = 16.095

The first method is shorter and easier;
I didn't have to deal with fractions.
