Describe three ways you might be able to speed the reaction of CH4+Cl2 -> CH2Cl2+HCl (answer given by unknown member didn't seem correct)

I don't know if I'm the unknown member or not but take the answer for what it's worth.
1. Add CH4
2. Add Cl2
3. Add heat.

Adding more CH4 provides more contact between CH4 and Cl2 to the chances of a collision are greater and that speeds up the reaction.

Same argument for adding Cl2.

Adding temperature adds kinetic energy to both CH4 and Cl2 molecules and the faster velocity means they collide with more energy and the chances for the reaction are increased.
No, DrBob222 i was refering to another member that didn't leave their name...I appreciate your answer...Thank You
