Question
How many grams of NaOH are in 500mL of a 0.50 M solution?
500mL=.5L
MM NaOH = 39.99711g
M x V = n
0.5 x 0.5 = .25moleNaOH
.25moleNaOH x (39.99711gNaOH / 1moleNaOH) = 10.gNaOH
Is this right? If not, please tell me what I did wrong.
