Hello! I was working on a maths thing and I'm a bit lost on this one problem, would anyone mind explaining how to do this?

~A recipe called for 2 cups of flour to make two dozen (24) cookies. Write and solve a proportion to find how much flour is needed to make 54 cookies.
9a.)2/24=x/54 *Maybe not?*
x=4 1/2
(b.)2/54=x/24 *HRMM*
x=8/9
(c.)2/54=24/x *Maybe?*
x=27
(d.)2/24=54/x *Probably not*
x=648

I should probably know this but my mind is like "NOPE NOT TODAY NOPE NOPE NOPE"
So, thanks for the help. ;]

Here's what the problem tells you:
2 cups flour for 24 cookies
Unknown cups of flower for 54 cookies

Which choice shows that ratio?
