    4x(3-y) - 2x + xy
16 - 32 - 8 - 8 = - 32

16 - 32 - 8 - 8 = - 32

                 Where did I go wrong?
I did this:
16(3--2) -8 + -8
16(5) + -16
80-16= 64
Thanks for your help.
